Returns and refunds

14 days, no reason needed. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

How. Email hi@vibeit.co with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will reply with return instructions.

Then. Send the goods back within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them, to the original payment method.

Return postage is paid by you. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in a condition that allows resale.

Exception. Personalised items, such as the cap printed with your name, cannot be returned once production has started.

Faulty or wrong item? That is not a return — write to us with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, and we cover the postage.
