Terms of sale
Last updated: 17. August 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern all visits to and purchases made through https://shop.roadslovenia2026.si/, operated by VIBEIT, d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “the seller”).
By using the store you agree to these terms. Only the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. You may request a copy of the version that applied to any past order by writing to support@vibeit.co.
2. Who can buy
Purchases may be made by natural persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts of this value, and by legal entities.
You may buy as a guest, providing only the details needed to complete and deliver your order, or as a registered customer with an account. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password secure. We are not liable for losses arising from a password disclosed through the account holder’s own conduct.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros and include Slovenian VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately and added at checkout before you confirm the order.
The final price payable, including all taxes and delivery costs, is displayed in the order summary before you confirm.
4. How the contract is formed
The contract is concluded when your order is placed and confirmed.
-
On the product page you select quantity and any options such as size, colour or personalisation.
-
You add the item to your cart.
-
In the cart you can review the items, prices and quantities, and change or remove them.
-
At checkout you can review the items, unit prices, quantities, total and VAT; remove items; enter a discount code; choose and see the cost of a delivery method; enter and check your contact and delivery details, which are loaded automatically for registered customers; choose a payment method; and review the full order summary.
-
You confirm that you have read these terms.
-
You confirm the order.
-
You receive an order confirmation by email, together with information on your right of withdrawal.
You can correct input errors at any point before confirming the order, by returning to the cart or to the checkout fields.
5. Payment
We accept all payment methods offered at checkout at the time of purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you provide.
6. Delivery
We choose the delivery service at our own discretion.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, shown before you confirm the order, and charged together with the goods.
The estimated delivery time is provided in your order confirmation. It is indicative only and not binding on us, including where it is exceeded due to force majeure or any other cause.
We are not liable for damage to goods caused during delivery. Claims of that kind must be addressed directly to the delivery service that carried the parcel. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us — we will help you make the claim.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
The provisions of this section apply only to buyers who are consumers within the meaning of applicable law.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, send us a clear and unambiguous statement by email to support@vibeit.co or by post to the address above. You may use the standard form set out in Annex 2 of the Slovenian Rules on forms relating to the right of withdrawal from distance and off-premises contracts (Official Gazette RS, No. 139/2022), but you are not required to.
You must return the goods within 14 days of sending your withdrawal statement. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where the right of withdrawal does not apply
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and in the other cases provided by law.
This applies to the personalised cycling cap. Because the name is printed to your instruction, the cap cannot be returned once production has started. This is stated on the product page, and you confirm it at checkout before ordering.
8. Conformity of goods
We are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery which becomes apparent within two years of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Where goods are not in conformity, you are entitled, under the conditions and in the order set out by law, to require conformity to be brought about free of charge; or to require a proportionate price reduction, or to withdraw from the contract and require a refund.
You must notify us of the lack of conformity within two months of the day it was discovered.
9. Print tolerances
We apply quality control to every order and aim for the highest print quality our technology allows.
If you believe a print fault affects the appearance of the item you received, send us a photograph and we will assess it and, where justified, replace the item.
Differences in colour between what you saw on screen and the item you received are not a print fault, where they result from the display characteristics of different screens and devices.
10. Complaints
We aim to handle every complaint professionally and as quickly as possible.
Complaints, warranty claims and suggestions may be sent to support@vibeit.co or by post to the address above.
We reserve the right not to respond to complaints that are manifestly unfounded or made with the purpose of obstructing our business or damaging our reputation, and in the latter case to notify the competent authorities and claim compensation for any resulting damage.
11. Intellectual property
The designs printed on the products, the championship marks, and the content of this store are protected. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission from the rights holder.
If you believe any intellectual property right has been infringed through this store, contact us at support@vibeit.co and we will investigate.
12. Availability of the store and technical matters
The store is accessible through commonly used browsers and devices. We are not liable for inability to access content or goods arising from your device, software or connection.
Costs of internet access are set by your own provider and are outside our control.
We take appropriate technical measures to keep our software sound. Where, despite those measures, a user obtains malicious software, we are not liable for the resulting damage. Users are responsible for appropriate protection of their own hardware and software.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Users will be notified through the usual electronic channels or by notice on the store. Continued use of the store after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Only the current version is published; earlier versions are available on request.
14. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, we do not consent to any form of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes and do not recognise any provider of such resolution as competent.
Information on the EU online dispute resolution platform is available on the European Commission’s website.
15. Severability
If a court finds any provision of these terms void, that finding does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. A failure by either party to enforce a right under these terms is not a waiver of that right.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Slovenian law.
We will seek to resolve any dispute by agreement. Where court proceedings are necessary, the court having jurisdiction at the seat of VIBEIT, d.o.o. is competent.
Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, or your right as a consumer resident in another EU Member State to bring proceedings before the courts of that state.
17. Receipts
We issue an invoice for every order and provide it to the buyer.
